Johns Creek Real Estate

Historic elegance along the sparkling waters of the Chattahoochee.

Johns Creek is a scenic and charming enclave a stone’s throw from the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Atlanta’s city center.

Though younger than many other Atlanta suburbs, this burgeoning community exudes an innovative spirit and is deeply rooted in rich history. In 1981, a group of Georgia Tech grads bought 1,700 acres of rural land to transform into a high-tech office park, which soon attracted Fortune 500 firms, nationally recognized corporations, upscale businesses, and discerning homebuyers to the area. A grassroots movement to incorporate Johns Creek slowly began taking shape, and the city was officially established in 2006.

Johns Creek is known for its blend of innovation, culture, highly acclaimed schools, trendy shopping districts, recreational offerings, and a deep sense of community.

Housing options in Johns Creek range from multimillion-dollar estates bordering Country Club of the South and the Atlanta Athletic Club to traditional swim/tennis communities and newer townhome developments.
